We have stayed here for almost a week. The hotel seems to be OK but after staying here for a while some things become very clear! First of the cleaners are to lazy to clean the room properly. Can't believe some of the negative comments written about this hotel, it doesn't mesh with my experience at all. Rooms are clean, modern, comfortable and decently equipped. We were in Hoi An for Tet and chose to move across the river to the newer island side of the town. An Hoi is a new hotel with a few rooms and a good location. However, the family which runs the property desperately needs some serious customer service and guest relation training if they plan to stay in business.... more

Nice quiet hotel near (3 minutes walk) the city center. We stayed there for 3 nights. This hotel was recommended to me by a local tailor after a less-than-happy experience at another hotel. It is just over a small bridge from the old town with a lovely upstairs balcony breakfast room with a great view of the town and the river.
