We had an amazing stay at this recently opened in Colonia city. The room (river loft) is huge for international standards with amazing river views. The staff is amazingly attentive. The hotel is located about 15 minutes’ walk to the old part of the town that is a must go while in Colonia.

Great hotel, overlooking the river. Huge modern room with full-length sliding windows onto massive balcony. Highly recommended BUT... it's a good half hour walk from the bars and restaurants in the historic district. Personally, if you want a really comfortable room in tip-top condition I wouldn't let that put you off. Ask for a room at the front.

The Hotel opened in January 2012, so it still smells brand new. The rooms are big and roomy and all have balconies with (partial) riverview.
