nothing good about the place except proximity to ferry location: small rooms, mouldy AC units, no windows in bathrooms, flaky wifi, terrible breakfast, cash only payments accepted despite Visa/MC logos displayed. Avoid unless you really need to be close to the port.

Very convenient location, two blocks from the ferry terminal and on the edge of Old Town. An easy walk to all of Old Town and a variety of good restaurants. Very nice and helpful staff. Very clean. The only negative was a roach that crawled on my daughter during the night.

It is the hotel closest to the Harbour and mostly those are the shabby ones but this hotel is very nice and clean with a helpful staff, able to point out poi's. They have a voucher printer for discounts. The breakfast was decent with better coffee than in most places I have been. Definitely good value.
