After reading the reviews for this hotel, we were all a little uncertain but the price was right (299 dhs/night) and we were only going to be there two nights, spending the day driving up the coast to see the Musandam peninsula. I am not surprised that Khatt has so many bad reviews. If you like arriving at hotels, armed with a booking reference number, only to be told upon checking in that you don't have a room anymore because it has been commandeered by a VIP local family then Khatt Hotel is perfect for you.
