from entering hotel the kindness and wamth of the staff was wonderful they upgraded me to an amazing room as it was my first time there the ethos of the hotel was wonderful. A very relaxing break more
The pool is lovely and the outdoor patio is great for walking at night. Al Ain is a beautiful place with a lot to see. more
At Al Ain Rotana, make sure you request a room far, far away from the back alley. I'm sojourning for some time here, and almost every night there are horns honking, drunks yelling and acting uppity, wreckless drivers burning out, and general malaise in the alley behind the hotel. We stayed here twice on our trip. The first time was a wonderful experience - lovely chalet by pool, excellent stay in every way. Just before returning home, after extensive travelling in the UAE, we returned to unwind for a few days. Different or what? The hotel was very good. It was calm. All the rooms had balcony and the view of the hotel's swimming pool is very good. The room was spacious enough. The service was fine. I would strongly recommend this hotel. more
