I have stayed at the Hilton in Al Ain a number of times in the past 5 years. Their recent upgrade of the rooms has certainly made a difference to your Hilton experience. The service was outstanding and the staff exceptionally helpful and professional. The gardens and pool area were very pleasant.

I have stayed at a number of Hilton Hotels in the past. he Al ain Hilton is one which Iuse on numerous occasions the staff are always courtious and appear happy in there work. Facilities are very good squash pool gym etc. I would recommend this hotel the staff from manager down to the ground workers look after there guests.

As one would expect from a Hilton hotel the service was impeccable, the rooms well appointed and excellent facilities like the pools and spa. The only let down was the food at Paco's - maybe go for a drink there but don't bother eating.

The hotel is a bit old but still have the MOJO of Hilton hotels. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. I liked the balcony at my room.
