Rain in the desert - never! WRONG!!! Rained on and off all weekend and on the way back to Abu Dhabi - torrential rain. “Amazing Place To Get Away”

All Staffs are great and helpful! I Love the oriental food and Asian food..congratulations to the chefs, Good job!! We enjoyed our stay at the resort and definitely come back soon. i spend one night in this hotel i love it soo much, especially the stuff in reception hanna and ibtissam, they were very helpful and friendly, and also the food in luce Italian restaurant,, horse and jockey,arabesque,really nice food, my familly also enjoyed in swimming pool , for sure we will comeback again :)..

“Choose carefully”

The good points: good value for money, nice pool designed for swimmers, good service at the pool, breakfast good selection The bad points. Very noisy our room was above the disco that went till 3am, very family friendly do go if you don't like children, disappointing restaurants limited choice and service transactional excluding the guy running the Italian restaurant.

“Disappointing”

I stayed for one night during the weekend. My stay was a total disappointment though. Room was old and worn out. Hotel was noisy - too noisy even for me though I do not demand total quiet. Towels were old. Reception staff were too slow. And for the price!!!!! Ooof! It was too much!

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy great family time together. Went for my birthday with Husband and friend and had the best time. Will be back again real soon. Adding Danat Al Ain Resort to our monthly get away to relax and enjoy special times.

“Service not Great”

On arriving the staff weren't very accommodating for our request to change rooms based on our booking. For a five star hotel the rooms weren't fantastic although the building is clearly a fairly old design. By far the best thing about this hotel is the pool area which has a poolside bar. Breakfast was also good.

The staff are a team of expert, great in welcoming & responding to any enquiry. Hotel's location is nice, close to city center. It's very clean . I enjoyed swimming & drinking in the pool I was so glad when the hotel offered me an upgrade to a spacesios suite with Jacozi

Great hotel, lovely location and super comfy rooms. However if you have a stroller you will have great difficulty accessing the pool area on a weekend as they lock the access gate forcing guests to climb a staircase, walk through health club then descend a spiral staircase to get to pool.
