In September 2009 I spent 2 nights in this hotel. It was quite acceptable good standard having been renovated at some time recently. The hotel looks out over a large square and also the main street Lenina which is 10km long (at one stage the longest in Europe) I did not get to see the dam or the Cossack island... More

very Ok Hotel in this "not very international Ukrainian city", opt for bigger room like junior suite if you travel in business. The "check in" took more time than acceptable, otherwise very friendly and helpful staff. The reception helped me to book massage in the room for aching back. Breakfast very generous. The water pressure in shower a bit weak;... More

I stayed at Intourist Zaporozhye for two weeks on business. As the name implies, this is a great place for tourists, and almost everyone in the hotel and its accompanying restaurants spoke pretty good English, which was important to someone like me who spoke two words of Russian poorly. The lobby bar is open 24-hours and has a decent selection... More

The hotel is very good, better than I expected. The lobby is new and classy. The standard room was tidy and clean, though not really spacious. The staff is very helpful, especially girls at the front desk. The price is reasonable, but higher than it could be in Europe. Ukrainian restaurant is the best!

Very nice hotel for Ukraine's regions. Nice rennovation, especially the "Lyuks" rooms, good breakast and extremely tasty and busy Ukrainian restaurant . Pity that I couldn't sleep well because of a bad matress and pillows that smelt of stale cigarette smoke.

This hotel pleasantly surprised me. I have stayed in FSU hotels in the past so I really didn't have high expectations. My room was clean and kept up to standard daily. The front desk staff were very good. The down sides - the restaurants are mediocre at best. The included breakfast was adequate, though not outstanding. The lobby cafe/bar was... More

Anyone who has travelled in the former Soviet Union probably does not associate Intourist anything positive. When I headed to Zaporozhye for my business trip and learnt that I would stay at Intourist, I was not expecting much - if anything. I was very positively surprised when I arrived. The lobby is very modern and even funky. You certainly would... More
