“Not perfect, but kind of Elegant”

Room was pretty large and clean. The food was good - for tour fare. Sleep quality was good. Location was good for walking on the streets. Offered a Spa with Turkish bath, gym and jacuzzi with optional massage for month.

Rooms are clean and refurbished, it's an elegant hotel in general. Lobby and restaurant are elegant. Spa saloon includes Turkish bath, a small gym, jakuzzi and massage room. Hotel is right in center and on the most popular street of Sivas. Staff doesn't speak fluent English but they are trying to be helpful in every possible way.

Stayed just one night on the road - nice room, though not spacy. Good food (dinner and breakfast), good service. Only thing we missed at breakfast was müesli. Cornflakes and Choco-pops is just not the same.

Likely to be the best hotel in Sivas. Just below 40 degrees C. during July I missed aircon! Friendly staff.

rooms are clean, no air condition (not good choice for summer), breakfast is not rich, staff is not good and their English is not fluent, spa center is very good, I think a bit expensive
