If you're a non-smoker this hotel is not for you. It seems all the rooms in the hotel are smoking - I stayed as part of a small group tour (all non-smokers) and everyone had the same complaint about their rooms, the smell of cigarette smoke. The smell in the bedroom was just about bearable overnight with the window open as wide as it would go. There was no window in the bathroom, however, so any time in there was unpleasant.

There were a couple of other problems: (1) my room was dirty, e.g., there were black spots on the wall in the bathroom, (2) none of the safe boxes in the rooms work. Everyone on my tour said the same thing about the safe boxes and one person even called reception and the unhelpful person confirmed that they don't work.

The hotel wasn't all bad though, the bed was very comfortable, its located close to the main tourist attractions, and there are a couple of computers in the lobby you can use to access the internet. more
