This was the most disappointing stay in Turkey. The room was smelly, dirty, broken handles. Staff opened windows to try to avoid smell & the noise unbelievable!! Staff extremely unhelpfull with problem, infact rude. The dinner was very ordinary. Avoid staying at this Hotel at all costs!!

My first room had a power problem, the second a pillar in the middle of the room, which made the room ackward. Breakfast OK, staff OK, clean room. Stocked up on cheap groceries across the street at the very modern mall. Didn't ecpect alcohol since Konya is a conservative city of Islam. A large, colorful city in a dull plateau.

Stayed here for one night. The rooms are OK and the hotel staff is friendly. The windows are a little tricky to work, but keep it closed because there are two mosques nearby and the call to prayer at 5:00 a.m. will wake you up. The restaurant on the terrace is good. The front desk staff was very friendly and the lobby, room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the restaurant and bar. The food wasn't very good and the wait staff was a little rude. The prices at the bar were also very high for what was offered.
