I chose Efe Guest House because it had better reviews than the other backpacker pension. The price was also important because it seems there is no budget accommodation in Safranbolu. The good things: pick up from bus station, fresh and good breakfast, good quiet location, Ottoman-style house, great views. The bad things: not much attention to guests, shared room for... More

The breakfasts are also simple, but pretty good and always fresh. The location is... More

The place is very central, right in the middle of the historic town of Safranbolu. Beautiful otoman house, lovely welcoming staff, nice breakfast. Wireless internet, hot water all day long and comfy beds. All just perfect!
