This hotel was wonderful, clean, and friendly owners. The sister of the owner walked us down to the gondola going up to Pergamon. This is an excellent small hotel. The house is superbly decorated. It is 150 m from the center of the old Bergama and only at 750 from the cable to Pergamon. There is a very nice view from the breakfast terrace. The breakfast was very good and the Wi-Fi worked very well.

We were greeted very warmly by the managers in the hosts' absence and throughout our stay they couldn't do enough for us. The Hera is perfectly located and beautifully crafted from 2 restored homes. The best part, however, was the conversations with the hosts, about Turkey, America and religion. They made us feel like invited guests. Staying at the Hera was a charming experience.
