Spent 20 nights at five times in 2011.A pure find in Erzurum,well located,beautifully maintained,location is great also,if you want to catch both natural beauties and city center.A kind,helpful and generous staff.Rooms were clean and bathrooms were very modern.thanks to terrific breakfast. You coulgn’t find a better place to stay in Erzurum.

Poor service, expensive and not enough meal options! No attractions, and the personnel is not friendly at all! The hotel road is all messed up! Its a shame that you need an SUV to drive up to a 5 !!!! Star hotel... Do not go there in summer!
