The Hal-Tur is a bit of a mixture. It looks straight at the travertines but you can't see the pools because you are looking up, so it's just a white wall but that's quite beautiful when floodlit at night. The service varied from friendly to a bit slack. Dinner by the pool was relaxed and nice but breakfast was pretty...

The Hal-Tur Hotel is ideally situated for those wanting to visit the ancient ruins of Hierapolis and the stunning travertine pools that cascade down the snow-like white hillside. All staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was certainly adequate, and the room was very spacious and clean.

The free wi-fi is handy but best used outside near reception.
The breakfast is sufficient but the fruit juice is fake, as it is in...

Dinner is served outside, around the pool , with a great view of Pamukkale, located just across the street. The rooms are comfortable and each...

Checked in and over tea in the garden, we were briefed on the best way to experience Hieropolis and the Travertines. Drove us to the North Gate and my muddy Volvo was washed and ready on our return. Tufan cooked some sujuk and cheese we had brought with us, and his brother provided us with some wonderful Turkish Folklore. The...

The Pamukkale pool terraces are lighten up and you can see it from the hotel, it is actually facing to it.
The manager was very professional and paid good attentions to security. I was warned when I left the balcony door open at night.
The building is new and clean.
This is a family run hotel and the manager cannot...
