April 2012, we spent 3 nights in this hotel and had a very good time. The hotel itself is in a beautiful old building with a nice garden. Ideally situated at 3 minutes walk from the centre, but still the hotel itself was quiet. We had a great room with beautiful balcony. Moussa (who runs daily business) is of great... More

Friendly staff. rooms clean, tidy and large enough. I've been there for 3 days. The bar is well cared for and is not at all expensive compared to other hotels. wi-fi only in the lobby and in the garden (which are still beautiful and quiet). perfect location for holiday. if purchased  in combination with Cappadocia tour is also less expensive!!! Advised! ;-)

This family-run hotel is a no frills jewel. The staff were extremely helpful. They did our laundry and even had an early breakfast ready for us on our last day so that we could get to the airport on time. They made arranging tours simple and got us the best prices. It' a short walk to the local Hamam (Turkish... More

We've stayed for 2 nights at Akuzun Hotel at the beginning of October. Our room was a bit small, but it was OK for our needs. After visiting the area we were very tired so the room dimension didn't meant so much. Bath was clean and hotel also was clean. Breakfast was very good, with enaugh food for every taste.... More

It was snowing when we arrived with our son and daughter-in-law, but the hotel was warm and the welcoming. Our room was basic but adequate for our needs. We liked it there. We got up early and walked up the hill, enjoying the view of a sky dotted with hot-air balloons. One night our charming host arranged (at a very... More

My husband and I visited Hotel Akuzun in May 2007. We enjoyed every day and had no complaints whatsoever. Mr. Ahmet and staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt at home. The breakfast was very good and very Turkish and we enjoyed eating in the lovely garden. Grounds are very well maintained. Rooms were excellent and clean. It is... More

There are only three reviews for the Akuzun on Trip Advisor, one in English and two in German. So, it was a crap shoot that paid off. I really liked the Akuzun. The Akuzun is in Cappadocia in the small town of Urgup. This area welcomes tourists visiting the weird rock formations, cave churches and underground cities. There are several... More
