We stayed for two nights.The hotel was apparently a five-star property, but none of the amenities seemed to show the star qualities. The room was average, nothing to talk about and could have easily been a three and a half star room. The food was really really really bad - both breakfast and dinner (buffet). Wouldn't stay there again. More

The services in the restaurante were terrrible they took our plates from the table at 8:30 a.m. because they need to be prepared for lunch at 12:00 although breakfast was until 10:00. Spa services was not for a 5* hotel They charged everything in euros and they don’t accept TLS and American Express. More

Our room was recently renovated and clean. Hotel had a convention center which was good enough for meetings. Restaurant was so crowded and decoration was old fashioned. It is close 15 min. walk to Ürgüp city center. Spa is a bit expensive. Compared to other 5 star hotels around Turkey, it seemed as average. More
