Stayed here for two nights in April. The hotel's exterior is quite pleasing to the eye as it is modelled on the caves around the Cappadocia area. We did not find this to be an excellent hotel. It is an okay hotel. Firstly, the location is remote (but quite pretty) and there's no local market or shop to pick up... More

We stayed there in May.It was excellent. It was alone in the area. The meals were excellent, dilicious .The stuff were generous. The pool was cold, but I managed to swim in.That was nice. There are parking area, outside pool, basketball, tennis, garden.the rooms were in a circle. There was a large bathroom in the room and high pressure water.

The hotel is situated in a very quiet district, in the middle of a small forest. the architecture resembles the one of the caves, at the front there are small cavities similar to pigeon houses. the rooms are spacious and warm. We were there in January, there was snow outside but we were very comfortable inside. the lodge is big... More

It is a big hotel and very oriented to tourists, which is good if that is what you want. I was there for sightseeing in Capadocia only one night. The atmosphere in the bar and dining room reminded me of the summer resort in Dirty Dancing (the old one, with Patrick Swayze). The feeling is a bit hard to describe,... More

We stayed in this hotel last winter and it was very very very cold... Hotel is opened to the outside and in winter, it's a nightmare... in the dinner room, temperature was around 12 to 14°C... We think that this hotel is a very good place in Summer or spring but not at all in Winter!!! Very good breakfast buffet... More

We stayed at Lykia for 3 nights and each day evaluated the possibility of staying at a cave hotel in Goreme but decided against it. Cave hotels are overpriced and damp, without most of the creature comforts found in Lykia lodge. Rooms: Large, rhomboid shaped rooms, with smallish windows. The whole concept of the hotel is to simulate a cave... More

Check in: we got twin beds even though they have us on records as Double. When I told them so, they argued and did not believe me. Then the girl proceeded to lecture me about 'hotel concept'. Only when I cut her off and made a scene that we upgraded to double bed suite. Amenities: worst gym ever. Only one... More

The hotel's exterior is designed to look like the rocks and cave dwellings in the nearby area. Very cute. I was part of a tour group and this was definitely one of the best places we stayed. If I were ever to return again, I would stay here. The rooms were clean with a few nice amenities. However, as others... More

Breakfast buffet was excellent. If you can not eat red or green peppers, your dinner buffet choices will be extremely limited. Turkish meat dishes use LOTS of peppers. Service is excellent, staff is very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are not sound proof. Bar area is a pleasant lounge with sofas and chairs, conducive for relaxing and conversation. Groups congregate here.... More

Stayed 2 nights on 10/12. Moderately sized but comfortable rooms with unique design - seemed very upscale (towel heaters were nice). Nice hotel grounds with bicycles available, but seemed far from any local sites within walking/bicycling distance. Extremely quiet location. As others mentioned, food was excellent with large variety (some menu items varied by day of the week). My wife... More
