Very close to the airport which is good on arrival, but for a choice of restaurants, an hotel in the center of the city would be preferable. Good breakfast. Average restaurant. A larger selection of English language television channels would be preferable.

I stayed here for a brisk visit. Very near to Airport, newly done, great & easy internet connectivity all around the hotel. Nice room with a reasonably good size Toliet & shower area. Many times I been in Kayseri for my business , last time stayed in Novotel. It was really best standart and best quality . The rooms are pretty standard for any hotel of the Novotel brand, but the staff here obviously missed out on the customer service training! Lovely hotel but it is so new they haven't quite worked out all the bugs. Rooms are lovely and modern but the neighborhood hasn't caught up and the internet was almost nonexistent.

Everything is perfection for the business traveller. Brilliantly designed rooms with everything that's required. Excellent walk in shower, extremely comfortable beds, very fast internet connection, delicious breakfast and great service.
