Was skeptical on arrival as our van drove to the end of a very windy/steep road before arriving and all we could think of is "how r we ever getting into town on foot?!". But dont worry, they have a 2nd entrance that exits at the bottom of the hill and just another 3min walk into town. The room was... More

Excellent hotel! The reception was great, extremely clean and amazing rooms and a wonderful view of the city. We were very well welcomed by two soons of the hotel owner who helped us carry our bags up to reception and then down to our room. The room they offered us was typical of the region (No. 7), dug in the... More

Stayed here in the heat of summer, around 35C every day. The location of the hotel is difficult to find (as are they all here) so we stopped at one of the Balloon ride places and they called them and a van was there in 5 mins to have us follow them up (we were riding our motorcycle). Our room... More

Me and my friend stayed in Traveller’s Cave Pension in Goreme for three days and we enjoyed it. Maybe rooms are not luxurious (only two beds and one small table) and shared bathroom is not perfect but sleeping in a cave is an amazing experience and we had all facilities we needed (wifi included). Goreme is a perfect place to... More

The Travellers Cave Hotel, is in many ways a delightful place to stay, with beautiful rooms, heated, by both raidators and real fires. Marble bathrooms, endless ,hot water, spotless clean. Views of Goreme to die for. So what lets it down, lack of organisation ------------most rourist arrive into the area by bus, most of which tend to be over night, thus... More

I have never stayed in a hostel or pension before so when I saw the pictures of Travellers Cave Pension and the prices of the rooms, even those with private bathrooms, I thought it was pretty fantastic. My husband & I stayed in a large cave room with my parents. It took me quite a while to warm up to... More

My boyfriend and I stayed in Goreme for one week last June and it was totally amazing! On our second night we moved into the cutest room with the best view and not to mention the comfiest bed we have been in in months. The brothers and younger cousins were taking care of the place and were very knowledgable and... More
