To avoid absolutely ! Tours' price are really out of the market : you will pay the at least the double for not even a good quality of tour. This place is really central (near the major bus stop, ferry to the other side of the canal, food, "sites" of çanakkale, shops). The staff are helpful & the hassle free tours (Troy and Gallipoli) are run from the came building. I didn't have the breakfast (which was 7 TL extra I think) but the roof terrace is quite nice...
