Stayed here for 2 weeks and cannot remember a day when something unpleasant regarding quality of service did not happen. Upon arrival, we noticed that the sheets were not changed, the floor was far from being clean and there were dark red fig marks on some of the walls. Staff were very friendly, the location is beautiful. The rooms were big. However, they lacked many necessaties such as cooking utelnsils and furniture was shabby. Service can be improved alot by taking care of those issues

We were stupid enough to pay in advance, yet we couldn't stay after the 1st day - we were more than happy to just run away and not ruin our holiday even if it meant leaving the money behind. The room did not look clean what so ever, it was freezing, humid, the bed was old, the sheets were not... More
