Looking at former reviews , the air conditioning does not work. It makes a noise. That's it ! Pity. Rest of hotel is fine. All staff , try their upmost to help. Every day we could experience that employees of this resort are continuously looking for improvements to give better service to their guests. Beautiful nature, good quality food and service and a nice beach for a perfect holiday.

Beautiful garden - very noisy too many hours both pools and beach - fantastic staff expect techical service aircon down - floor floded and the "standard" answer was "A/C will be exchanged to morrow morning" and tomorrow morning came with a new floded floor.

Staff here work very long hours but are always friendly and smiling, they love children here. Stayed here in September 2012, all inclusive with 2 other friends, 1 male 1 female. This hotel was fantastic, the grounds are stunning, very clean, beautiful lush gardens.
