The location is great, walking distance to everything in Kas. The rooms are clean and large but very spartan (no decoration and harsh lighting), also the lock on the door was not the best (but it still felt safe). The garden where breakfast was served was on the water and quite lovely.
With a good location -- by the bay and just a short walk from the Kas town center-- an attentive staff, good wi-fi reception and an excellent al fresco breakfast, the Serdunya is a good budget choice. We paid 90 TL per night for a double at the end of the season.
We stay here whenever we go to Kas. The restaurant, where you have your breakfast, is a marvelous cascaded garden covered with old trees near the sea. You can also sunbath and swim here. It is one of the best places to swim within Kas.
The food here is also very good. Especially, I like the calamary stuffed with vegetables...

This was our second stay at this hotel and we received a warm welcome on our return. On the quiet road to the ancient amphitheatre it is within easy walk of the town centre shops and square. The guests were mainly Turkish and the staff have limited English.
