Where do I start. My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 1 week in November this year and it was fantastic. Even though it was winter there were still beach bars open as well as the Chinese, Mexican, French and Japanese restaurants along with the 2 main restaurants. You did however have to pay an extra 10 euros... more

Firstly let me just say that to criticise this hotel for not having enough English speaking guests is narrow minded in the extreme. Everyone we met here assumed we were German and spoke to us as such, we didn't mind at all. Once we advised them that we were in fact English, they always smiled and resorted to speaking to... more

On arrival found the hotel to be superb. Unfortunately this did not continue. The hotel work generally with German and Russian guests. Not usually a problem as far as the language but they were very rude and unfriendly. We were sick of being pushed at the bars and in the dining hall. The hotel is badly located no bars or... more

Last minute all inclusive deal from Thomas Cook so got a discount. My two kids 9 and 11 just wanted sun and water, so they got that as well as great water slides, endless iced drinks and donuts at 4pm,so happy campers. Parents thrilled by great buffet and even better a la carte restaurants. Tried three the seafood, french and... more

This is our 4th time at this hotel and we always have a fantastic time. The room, food and entertainment team are excellent. The main restaurant is varied with everything including salad, pizza, chicken including mashed potato and chips etc. The pool bar serves snacks all day and does an excellent kebab. Also you can visit the beach bar where... more

Very good hotel, specially for rest with children, I think that it doesn’t approach/right for romantic or calm/comfortable rest. In hotel every second pair – with children, accordingly is a lot of noise, bustle, shouts and so forth. The big excellent territory. There are a lot of trees, a grass, greens. Some pools, including indoor pool, including small indoor for... more

The hotel has a few shops that sell souveniers, leather goods, silver goods. There... more

The real truth. This is a lovely Hotel set in wonderful pine wood forest. The hotel is built around the trees. Very large area of setting with one main block and one sub block of rooms + bungalows which are either 4 group or terrace group. We expected a bungalow but were given a room in the hotel on arrival,... more
