terrible hotel! bed services! bed hygiene! No good internet even at the loby bar! Stone beach!

Is not the hotel 5* ,bad service,dirty place,only the russian clients,the staff is the incompetence, unqualifed,arrogance all of them,the general manager hi sey that is our service that is it! Do not go to this place again! Our vacantion was ruined,I chose this hotel was a big HOAX!

For the price that you pay for a vacation on this hotel you expect more. The rooms are ok they are big enough and clean, the pools are good but the beach has rocks in the water. The food is the same every day and overall you must stay on a long row to get it.

Just returned from a vacation at Hedef Resort. The hotel is bad, does not deserve five stars. Would not recommend to anybody.
