All the staff where great but over worked at mealtimes finding a table a bit of a chore ! food ok pool good drinks good cocktails brill beach superb piza bar good but not a lot for children to do would reccomend for adults but if you have children go elsewhere !!

Our first time to Tunisia the hotel was lovely staff was friendly, pool was a nice size. Huge resort with a lovely beach even though it was packed but the sun was out. Highly recommend this hotel great value for money children friendly, massage spa great :-)

Stayed here from 2005 every year to 2010 and found the staff very good We always had a special room which made our holiday. On the beach , Close to the port , superb food , cheap watersports ,great facilities . Excellent place for chilling out Only place I have ever seen security being put in restaurant to stop fights... well i went to this hotel being advised it was 5 stars which it has on the front wall back in- 1973 -this award was given room 1 we were given absolutely stunk of stale smoking no plugs for bath or sink no point to plug anything into we had to remove tv point worse no locks on patio doors... More

Went to el kantoui and stayed in el mouradi palace for 2 weeks with my girlfeiend it was our first holiday away together. We had superior rooms which were absolutely lovely, spacious, modern and well decorated. The whole group really enjoyed them.
