Firstly I would like to say that the animation team were great. Without them I don't think we would have got through the week. They run aqua aerobics in the am and water polo in the pm. They have shows at night which are not top class, but the dancing is good fun. They make an effort to include everyone.... more

Just back from the holiday from hell. And we were never so glad to get back home, away from this awful "hotel". ROOM - Awful. Desperately basic. Mattress and Pillow rock hard. Hygiene not so good. Why do Travel companies put English speaking tourists in a hotel like this. Staff had very little English., and were not very helpful. They were only interested in tips. The Bahia Beach is certainly not a 4 star hotel, probably scrapes in at a three and that’s me being generous.
