This hotel has first class staff. They really do deliver good services with a smile and this applies to all the staff working there. This venue is by the beach so very relaxing place to be if that is what you want, it is located about 40mins walk away from Hammamet town centre where the old medina is. The hotel... More

We absolutly loved this hotel, the rooms were simple and clean, with plently of space for the two of us, it has a lovely quiet balcony, that was totally private. The reception was very friendly and helpful and there all hours, (this was very useful as we arrived at 2am!) The pool was clean and pretty empty (that may have... More

This hotel looks great in pictures, and probably this was why I had expected more from it. The service was not very good. The attitude of the reception desk staff was very much "you can do this for yourself". I found that a little off-putting. Also, the cleaning was quite sloppy - I saw the same hairs, stains, and dead... More

What could have been a lovely stay was terrible due to building work and the place being practically empty and noisy. Also there was a very bad practice of getting the all inclusive customers to sign chits every time for drinks and the lunchtime meal - these we found did not relate in any way to what we had -... All in all a good self catering holiday. We booked through Panorama Holidays and enjoyed the fact that it was all organised for us. We turned up at Stansted and from there it was a pleasant flight to Monastir where the reps were waiting for us. If you fly in to Monastir be prepared for the 3 hour airport transfer... More

We have just got back form the Aziza Residence and it was a really lovely place to stay. The Aziza Residence is part of the Hotel Aziza across the road and guests staying at the Residence are free to use the facilities at the Hotel...although the Aziza hotel staff are always questioning who you are and where are you from!...
