Took a group here this past November. The hotel was probably grand at one point, but now the glory has faded, the carpets are stained and a faint hint of old smoke lingers in the hallways. That being said, the staff was friendly, the food was great and the grounds nice.

Quite a large hotel,very near to Udon airport [10 mins drive]. On each floor there is a desk with housekeeper available should you require any items after room has been serviced. the service of this hote has never been improvedl, especially at the front desk. the receptionists have no service mind. they really need a big training.

The hotel is old but there are many good points to cover this flaw. Firstly, the hotel is centrally located and is within minutes walk to main areas line the night bazar and shopping mall.
