Stayed at the airport hotel for two nights ,rooms very large ,shower and bathroom also large if a little dated ,air con was fine if a little loud ,as for location its about 2km from the airport and maybe approx 3km to the city ,staff a little limited in English but are very polite and helpfull ,not the worst.

This place hasn't been a Sleep Inn for at least 5 years. Called the Udon Airport Hotel, rates start at about 550-600 baht-night. Hardly a new place, but the rooms that I saw were in reasonable shape.
