Booked & charged 2 pool view rooms but did not get 2 pool view rooms...it's called cheating, robbery, dishonest transaction! Don't believe the photos...the pool is small. Service? What service? Look elsewhere, much better deals in Phuket.

We rented a twin room apartment on the ground floor right next to the pool and bar. The apartment was a owners apartment with almost European standard and just super for the price we paid. The only drawback was that the place is a good 15 min walk from surin beach.

For s serviced apartment, this is very poor. There is no service. Stayed 4 nights and had the room serviced on one (yes) one occassion. Had to request for bathroom products and even after receiving products, the bare minimum was provided. No fitness centre, breakfast is minimal (if taken) & expensive. Booked through latestays for 1350 Baht per night for their apartments in the high season, normal prices are 1900 Baht. We thought that the "correct" price should have been 1000 Baht or so.
