That heading is my disclaimer I suppose. But read on. I visited here in September 2011 after just randomly dropping in when passing by with my wife. We were just exploring on our hired mopeds and got hungry. It was low season so there was no trouble at all getting a seat in the restaurant. In fact, we were the... More

..but it would be a disservice to the TripAdvisor community to not let people make an informed choice about staying here. CONS * My partner has a problem with his back and needs 2 pillows to support his sleep. I asked for an extra pillow but they said "It's not possible". "Could you please check to see if you have... Manager pleasant and friendly. Room clean and adequate. Breakfast poor - absolutely no choice - American breakfast only - no cereal etc. Only one cup of coffee on offer. When approaching owner of hotel to question the breakfast/coffee policy he blanked me, turned his back and spoke on his phone. A hotel to avoid.

I booked this resort through booking.com, all the photo in booking.com was mismatch with the actual. We arrange to stay in the store room (The resort room modified by store room) above the restraurant and the kitchen, which they claim as "Superior Deluxe Double Room". The room was partition by plywood, my head alway hit the ceiling when I pass... More

I recommended this place for my guests and family to stay for our wedding. It was the worst managed place i have ever stayed in. The manager double booked all the rooms and upset the whole wedding party by telling them there was no rooms available. we was left in high season with no accomodation for some of our party... More

The Room: Broken Shower, Non-flushing Toilet, and the Door didn't lock. The Manager/Resort: We arrived at the Blue Gardens after travelling from the UK, to be met by a Frenchman the first thing he said to us was "I have a problem with your booking, its my fault I have double booked you", you can only stay here 1 night.... My husband and I booked this hotel under the impression that everything was fine, which was not the case at all!!, We had travelled to Thailand for a friends wedding and the bride had researched a few different hotels and thought that this one would be more than perfect!!!, upon arriving our room was still being cleaned so had to... i think we were hoodwinked when the friendly staff bamboozled us with fresh coconut juices and whisked our bags away upon arrival. then we found out we were staying above an open kitchen up a dangerous fire staircase past a giant stuffed wild boar head - i kid you not. the photos on the net showed us a 2000baht poolside... Stayed in Blue Garden resort over New Year's 2009-2010 - choice was guided by availability quite low in this season. We were staying there with my wife, mother and our 1 year old toddler. We originally booked the normal rooms, which were the only ones available. At 2,800 Baht / night, this was highly overpriced for a stuffy attic above... More

Stayed for one night which was one night too long. We arrived and swere hown a room which was nice enough - clean etc. This "resort" is not on the beach but on a corner of a road so noisy with bikes and it not set back from the road to lessen the noise. I found the room was missing... More
