This is a bungalow-style resort, located across the street from the beach.
It is owned by an American and his Thai wife. However we did not meet them. Not much English is spoken here, so ordering meals at the restaurant can be challenging. Hand motions and pointing worked OK. But service was slow and sometimes disappointing.
The bungalows are charming from the outside, with bamboo thatched roofs (very well crafted I might add) and walls. Beautiful landscaping and a goldfish pond accent the curbisde appeal.
Inside, tile floors add charm. We had twin beds (not very comfortable and you can fill the springs) but there are also rooms with a King. The decor lacks continuity (a watercolor aquarium picture and a Thai picture). It would be nice to see a consistent theme - either Thai or Seaside or something.
