I enjoyed the hotel. I found it well situated in Rawai and found the staff friendly and helpful.
This was my first trip to Thailand and I really enjoyed it! The hotel is luxury but also "typical Thai".
The rooms are really big (even the standard ones!), friendly and modern. Unfortunately some parts were still under construction (the Spa, the elevator, the restaurant on the roof, ...) but the things one could already see, let you guess that...

I am told this is a new hotel.
We had very friendly staff, but the most limited English of the 4 stars we did stay in.
The room we had was more than 250 paces from the restaurant, and only had wifi on the balcony.
The room service was quite cheap in comparison with other hotels we have stayed in,...

The great big bath was excellent for relaxing in after days on the beach after long hours in very hot sun! The...

First of all there was confusion with our booking. The room was nice and clean but nothing outstanding and what they called a queen bed was actually two single beds pushed together which wasn't the best. The pool is very nice. Breakfast is good but there was a staff member who kept trying to sell us stuff while we ate,...

Came into Rawai not knowing what to expect so relief was my first emotion when driving up to the resort when i realised we were just off the beach and that Rawai itself has a bit going on.
The resort pictures do it no justice either, the pool was amazing! I travelled with my partner and our 2 kids (3&4)...
