I’d enjoyed greatly staying at Monaburi. It is located on a quiet street away from the traffic. Yet walkable to bars, shops, beach, massage and all the rest. They have a perfect pool and the rooms are really nice and spacious.

Toilet malfunctions frequently Bob the owner and his wife Mona own property for 4 years so he although friendly is not able to give much local info and she although knowledgeable simply asks you to take taxi back and forth for 600 Baths each time! Not of much help at all and got the feeling did not liked being asked...

Nice cosy place to stay far away from beach. Breakfast is just eggs and coffee/tea. When we asked to have something different we was told that we are staying in such a cheap room! Didn't know that! ;) Last day breakfast wasn't provided at all. But overall is ok to stay there. Room is normal size, clean. Nice pool with...

Stayed three nights at the Monaburi Boutique Resort and could have stayed for a month. Have every intention of returning, I enjoyed it so much. This is my second stay at the Monaburi, Rawai as I stayed here for 3 nights a year ago. I am here to visit a friend who runs a boat charter business in Chalong so Rawai is convenient as it is a 10 mins drive. The Monaburi is an excellent base for travellers. It is a quiet sanctuary from where...

Monaburi is located a stone's throw from Rawai Beach, but is tucked away on a small soi just off the main road, so it's a bit more quiet and low traffic. It's a very small hotel with about twelve identical rooms on three floors. The grounds, while small, are nice and well-kept. The salt water pool is very nice. For...

The Monaburi Boutique Resort is in a small Soi near Rawai Beach - walking distance to local bars and restaurants. Rawai beach is not suitable for swimming, bathing so a bike, car or local transport required to get to Nai Harn or other beaches. Only about a dozen rooms so not crowded with a good sized pool. Run by a...

We recently stayed at the Monaburi Boutique Resort for seven days and enjoyed our stay there. The resort is new, has a fairly large pool and the rooms are very clean and nicely furnished in modern Thai style.
Our rate included american breakfast, cooked to order very morning with decent coffee. Hairdryers and coffee/tea making facitilies are available on request....

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the Monaburi Boutique Resort the last week of december 2009. I have been a frequent visitor to Phuket during the last eight years but I have failed to be impressed by the standard of the islands hotels. Until now! The resort sits in a quiet lane only minutes from Rawai beach and its wide...
