Great location, great breakfast, good view, proximity to Patong market and beaches, easy pick and drop facilities, huge room, good wood work, convenient and fast check in and check out and free wifi makes this place pretty attractive. The room smelt. There had been a leak in the bathroom that was never repainted. The shower hardly worked. We had to change rooms because the bed was as hard as trying to sleep on the floor. stayed in sept 2012. went with group of frens. the room was decent for us. 5 min walk to bangla road. nice hut nearby for some 1-2s :). bad customer service at counter. the lady actually told our island hopping guy to go since we were late. useless lady. overall convenient place for partying and beach.

stayed here for 9 nights very friendly staff very big rooms the bathrooms could be updated would help could improve the breakfast some noise at night there are bars right in front with loud music till early hours of the morning. close to all the shops and short walk to the beach.
