Hotel is located about 15 minute walk to the centre of Patong or 5 minutes by car, tuk-tuk (150-200 BHT) or motorbike taxi (50 BHT), which is not too far. Dreadful location, about 40 mins walk to the beach and Bangla Road. We were told by the travel agent at Phuket airport that it was only 1km away from the beach - this is not true, it must be 3km. We made this reservation months in advance, received a confirmation for a room with a "sea view". When we arrived, they didn't have our room available, so substitued with a bungalow...where the AC never worked and where we had to stay for 2 days until they could try to fix it.
