Just returned, staff couldnt be more helpful, ask for a bucket of ice or DVD player and it is there in 2 minutes no charge. As one of only 2 hotels to actually be on the beach in Patong this place offers excellent value for money. It's right in the heart of all that Patong offers, but once you slide through the gates, it's another place altogether. The good: location. 2 min walk to major spots. Food, cheap massage, not too near bangla road that you will be thumped out of your senses through the night. By the beach front.
