The bar staff, band and breakfast greeting person were excellent. The check in staff showed little emotion and I felt not welcome. The cooks on the fried eggs were terrible, and the menu was lacking cerials, and fruit juices.

The cleaners of the hotel lie when questioned . Room service do not know English and hang up on you when they don't understand your order. Perfect view if you are above 12th Floor. Rooms are clean and tidy. Food and bar service was also good. However, hotel doesn't have wifi in rooms and there is a LAN cord which is chargeable. Location is so-so. Would have been apt if it was a sea facing hotel.
