was looking for a cheap but decent accommodation in Patong Beach Phuket over Christmas 2011. I found it in this place. Pros: sizeable elegant rooms for 1400bht over Christmas, clean, run by lovely people - older lady and young guy. Location is close to Jung Ceylon and nightlife.
