we had a twin beach room on the bottom level, it was nice and clean and they are very friendly, though the shower kept blocking they were good at coming and fixing it. breakfast was ok if you like eggs, as everything is egg, but hey so much to eat outside not a problem. a little bit of a walk... My husband, mother, friend and I are staying at Chic Boutique Hotel right now. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the cafe downstairs is adorable. We aren't really enjoying Phuket very much, but at least our hotel is lovely. And they have a nice pool as well. Highly recommend booking through Agoda for a good deal.
