Booked this place and realised it was a haven for backpackers when we reached. Room was clean, basic amenities. Bungalows are high end for Tonsai standard but service is the poorest you can find. During January 2010 valuables were stolen in multiple rooms, most probably by staff. If you go there for rock climbing choose one of the cheaper resorts in Tonsai and avoid the unfriendly Tonsai Bay Resort!
