We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights only, though we booked for 10 nights. The people working there are very nice and helpful. The premises are ok. Some decoration/furniture is worn out. We booked a non-smoking deluxe room and first we were given a superior room full of smoke. We complained and got a nice deluxe room. The rooms... More

Love the room with big bathtub but quite small. Very suit to couple whom want to hang out at night club Hi4 and can walk back to room in 5 minute.

Stayed at Hin Nam Sai Suay from June 12 to 15, 2007. Room was dirty. Air Conditioner did not work well. I guess it is very common for hotels in Thailand to have your room key operate all electricty in the room. When you enter the room the key fits on a magnetic strip. Once key is on magnetic strip... Hin Nam Sai Suay should be closed down. The staff are rude and unhelpful, barely speak any English and service is poor. The rooms are filthy - lipstick and hair on the bedsheets, prostitutes all over the place (supposed to be a family hotel). Checked out after 1 night and the hotel would not give any refund. We that is my Japanese wife and myself really enjoyed our 2 week stay at a condo room in this hotel.
