Like others I found this place by chance but it was a great find! Short motorbike ride into town and close to the beach. The first thing that struck me was the friendly staff and the great monthly rates. Clean and modern. If your want a long-term stay this is the best place in Hua Hin.

Room was cleaned and left dirty for two weeks. Hotel needs to train staff and there is no supervision of staff.
