I have stayed here many times already and I think that its a great hotel to stay at when in HatYai. There were no safety issues all these times.I would say that the location is rght smack in the centre of Hat Yai town.Refurbishment is way due though. More

The hotel is located in the heart of the shopping district. It is a refurbished old hotel. Value for money provided you do not mind the gloomy faces of the staffs. It could not be better for the location. It is a center of Hatyai which every shopping and good restaurants all around. This is one of the most strategic hotel because it's near the shopping and food center. The services is quite ok. Even so, it is much better if the price of this hotel could be more competitive with other hotels nearby. More

i've only started to stay here past 2-3 years. the price per night is very very reasonable cos the surrounding hotels are about MYR10-15 cheaper but u get a much better room with centara. the rooms have gotten cleaner and more enjoyable but the food has taken a giant spiral turn to the ground. feels like they'r r cutting corners...
