We stayed one night in Mar 2012. We got the 19th Floor so the aerial view of Hat Yai during daytime and night time was nice. The room was clean and everything functioned. Only problem was the lift as you need to switch lift to get to your room. We paid 1300baht for a night with b/fast for 2. They... More

I have stayed in this hotel 5 times since 2007. It used to be good but the hotel now has aged tremendously but surprisingly the management has not noticed it. My last trip was in December 2011 and it was the worst. Toilet has permanent stains and looked really dated. The carpet was smelly. The wardrobe was about to fall... More

Room was horrible, bad matress, smelled and dated. Bathroom was huges but not clean. Cheap, great loacation and dirt cheap sky buffet at 33rd floor with limited choice. I would not recommend this hotel as there are more valueable hotels around with better room.

Smelly lifts, breakfast area stinks too. Have to switch lifts as there's no direct lift to your rooms.. There's newer hotels around the area at cheaper rates. Have to recommend MAJO resturarant nearby, its at 135/6 Thammonvitee, tel: 081 7667032. Great food, fantastic services, cheap prices if you're picky like me, and unwilling to eat street food

We stayed at Lee Gardens Plaza due to its central location. Everything is on its doorstep, shopping, eating, relaxation, travel tour operators, etc. We booked into a junior suite, which was about 200 baht more thank standard room (I think we paid around 1300 baht). The lobby is on the 10th floor, the staff were quite friendly, and the room... More

Stay for 1 night for conference Overall, it is ok for 1 night stay. Room has decent size, but it looks very old and not so clean. The location is good as it is opposite Novotel and Central Department store. Breakfast is terrible Anyway, the conference host arranged the room for me, so there is nothing much to complain.
