“Comfortable but nothing to write home about”

Stayed for two nights. This is a motel type building with a large number of rooms spread over a large area. The room was a good size, with TV, air con and a bath with shower. Spent a lot of time killing mosquitos in the room, I know they are endemic, but wife had been bitten too much this holiday.... More

The hotel is located about 1.5km from the Night Bazaar, so I used a rented bike (80baht/day) to get around. Room was in 1/2 a duplex-like building, with covered parking. Comfortable bed with bathroom ensuite. Excellent A/C. Clean. Not much in the immediate area. A few blocks away is the old airport which has been converted into a municipal park.... More
