White house has all the usual things one might expect from a good hotel and it is reasonable priced. It doesnt have anything extra, however. Then again it is also quite cheap. Overall its ok but things are worn - even if theyre clean and well taken are of - and the bed was very hard and leaning inwards.

Stayed at this hotel in 2007 and again in March 2009 it is a great value Hotel, I paid THB 500 for a double room, room was large basic but clean, air conditioned a bathroom with shower. I can only conclude that the previous review of this hotel was written by the owner, or someone who stayed in a different hotel. This place was not anything like we expected given what is written on their website. The place is dirty - the first room we were given stank & the toilet was leaking on the bathroom floor.... More

I have stayed at the White House in Chiang Rai, Thailand 3 times over the past couple of years (2003, 2005 late 2007).
