With good location, the hotel has very nice scene -- both ocean and mountain. The room is large enough for 2 people to be relaxed. The corner upper rooms are fantastic. Beautiful decoration! The staffs won't talk or greet you if you don't ask. If you want warm service, please be friendly with them. They're gonna server you their best.

The hotel is well located and is nice one. The service is terrible! The staff seems to not have experience or training. The manages do not respects the commitments by changing the application after the client arrives. Is not possible close 2 days in a period of 6, two swimming pools to make a private party with the hotel of... More

First of all the hotel was lovely with ocean or mountain view depending on your room of choice. Placed by the beach only separated by a small dirt road leading to Cha Am just about 2 miles away. The hotel was too secluded for our liking and although taxi service could be obtained easily the idea of having to pay... More

Good standard 4 star hotel with good sized rooms and extensive breakfasts. The three pools were amazing. I usually had the top pool top myself for most of the day. there are some good cheapa places to eat 5 minutes wlak from the hotel. The family run Tiew son was excellent and a further 5 minute walk brings you to... More

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Pools are large and well maintained. Restaurants expensive but plenty of variety if you can't get out to eat. The beach can get very busy around New Year but its nice for a walk early morning or evening. The hotel is some way from the main twon so you either need your own trasnport... More

The hotel located in Cha-am south beach front, which is more quite than north beach front. The left side as well as the right side of the hotel and nearly undeveloped land which has plenty of greenery trees. The hotel is facing the ocean, imagine you standing on the balcony of the sea view room, in front of you is... More

I spent a weekend nice in a Residence room. The hotel property itself is very nice with a very tropical feel, lush plantings, fountains around the pool, etc., which lends it a very "resort" feel and is great for relaxing and just lounging around the pool. There are actually 3 pools in total, although it appears the hotel tries to... More

We stayed here 2 nights and would have liked to have stayed longer. Hotel has 3 swimming pools which were well maintained. The duplex room we stayed in was fabulous. The breakfast was great. It catered for all nationalities. Hotel was in a quiet area, near beach but no nightlife. The main town was about 15 minutes away by tuk... More

First night I stayed in the deluxe sea view room, both the room itself and the seperate bathroom was very spacious, the room also had a balcony where you had a gorgrous view. The second night I upgraded to the duplex suite in the residence section but to get there you had to get through a maze of doors and hallways... More
